What does completing your degree mean to you? How do you feel it will improve your life and career? Completing my Masters in adult education has made me a leader in my organization. I am able to apply the concepts I have learned in this program to my work every single day. It also opens many doors for me in the world of human resources and organizational education. I am very grateful for this opportunity.

Why did you choose to complete your degree online through OSU Extended Campus? What did you like about this method of education?  I am a full time faculty member at Rogue Community College, as well as wife and mother to a very busy ten year old son. Quite simply? It would have been impossible to get my masters degree any other way. I was able to work when my schedule allowed and then travel to Wilsonville one weekend per month to attend in-person classes.

What will your Ecampus degree allow you to do that you were unable to do before?
I can teach at the college level, not just adult basic skills. I have skills in developing instructional systems and designing professional curriculum for academia and business. I am an organizational leader, instructional leader, an action researcher, an instructional systems designer, and instructional technology leader thanks to this program.
