B.S. Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences Course Petition Form

Students can petition to have courses count towards fulfilling specific requirements in the Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences program. Equivalencies will be determined by course content, course level, and the intent of the requirement. Petitions for baccalaureate core requirements will be evaluated by the Head Adviser. Petitions for Fisheries and Wildlife program requirements will be evaluated by the Fisheries and Wildlife program director.

NOTE: Please submit a separate form for each course that you are petitioning. This form is for use by students who are currently enrolled in the B.S. Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences program only.
