2012 OSU graduation travel award form

Travel award registration is now closed.

OSU Extended Campus is pleased to provide travel award funds for selected Ecampus students who will attend commencement in Corvallis on Sunday, June 17.

Up to $400 will be awarded for graduates traveling from outside Oregon, with up to $200 provided for graduates traveling in-state. (Travel from within a 30-mile radius of Corvallis does not qualify.)

To be considered for this opportunity, simply answer the following questions and submit them to us by May 4. We'll notify winners on May 9. NOTE: If you are chosen for a travel award, you must agree to let us publish portions of your answers and be photographed for Ecampus marketing purposes.
