The curriculum includes issues that currently face adult educators that can immediately apply to your workplace. Online technology is integrated into all courses.
Current course topics in this degree program include: Adult Development and Learning, Information Technology, Learning Theories, Workplace Learning Needs Assessment, Research, Instructional Systems Design, Leadership and Human Relations, Designing Training Documentation, and Issues in Adult Education. The weekend sessions are highly interactive, engaging, and focus on application of skills that can be applied immediately to one's workplace or educational setting.

Review of applications begins after March 31 and continues until the cohort is full.
