Program Overview
We offer endorsements in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Bilingual Education through Ecampus. This is an 18-credit-hour program for licensed teachers. The site-based internship (TCE 510) can be done from anywhere in the world. However, to get an official Oregon state TSPC ESOL endorsement, the internship and work sample must be done in an Oregon classroom.

Note: In addition to completing the coursework, candidates for the ESOL/Bilingual Endorsement must pass Praxis Test #20360, Teaching English as a Second Language. Candidates for the Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish) must also pass the Praxis II Specialty Test in the Target Language.
