Caring for the planet

OSU's Environmental Sciences minor coursework offers an interdisciplinary approach to environmental problem solving and helps students obtain excellent training for a variety of career choices, making the Environmental Sciences minor a valuable supplement to many undergraduate degrees.

The 28 credits required for the minor are in addition to the credits required for the student's major.  Adequate preparation in science is assumed as a prerequisite, therefore students completing this minor should have a year of general biology (for science majors with lab), and physical science (chemistry or physics with lab). All other Minor Curriculum is offered through OSU Ecampus.

Students can also earn a B.S. in Environmental Sciences degree online through OSU Extended Campus, giving you more choices in this subject area.
