Transferring Credits: Chemistry Courses & Labs – Online

Many students from other colleges and universities take our chemistry courses online to transfer credit to their home institutions.

OSU Ecampus would like to emphasize that because OSU runs on a quarter calendar, students from semester-based institutions should contact their adviser or registrar to confirm credit transferring.

Transferring quarters vs. semesters

Oregon State University runs on a quarter calendar with four terms per year, each with 10 weeks per term.

Most colleges and universities feature a credit transferring tool to compare credits course by course. Just search for "credit transfer" or "course equivalency" on your home institution's main site. Also, many university's registrars offer assistance with transfer credit evaluations.
