TCE 530 FUNDAMENTALS OF COUNSELING (3)

A course designed for students planning on working in a human service profession, such as counseling, teaching, nursing, medicine, law. Exploration of basic helping processes appropriate in a variety of settings. Review of ethical standards of conduct. A variety of skills and techniques are demonstrated and practiced through videotape and role play. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
