How do I register for a course during the second week of the term? |
Answer: |
Course adds require both instructor and academic departmental approval. These approvals must be in an email format and include your full name and OSU student identification number. These must then be forwarded to ecampus.ess@oregonstate.edu. Please note: Due to the nature of Ecampus courses, Ecampus strongly discourages students from adding courses after the first week of the term. You will be unable to access the course in Canvas until the petition has been processed. Ordering books and other necessary course materials will cause a further delay to your participation. This may put you several weeks behind and could severely impair your ability to be successful in the course. If you need to add after the first week, we advise that you contact the instructor right away to obtain the syllabus and begin completing any coursework that does not require Canvas. Additional information can be found on our changing registration page. |
