The program's goal is simple: meet each learner where they are on their educational journey and allow them to grow personally, academically and professionally.
Career Choice meets this goal through a variety of opportunities including full college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand careers, and foundational skills such as English language proficiency, high school diplomas, and GEDs. In the U.S., Amazon is investing $1.2 billion to upskill more than 300,000 employees by 2025. Because higher-paying, in-demand jobs await those willing to reach for them.

Employees crave learning; employers need skills. Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions takes on both, providing hundreds of organizations with the development opportunities employees want and the precise skills businesses need. Canadian Football League Players' Association
The Canadian Football League Players’ Association has been representing professional football players in the CFL for more than fifty years. With a goal to establish fair and reasonable working conditions for players, the CFLPA ensures that its impact reaches life beyond the field as well.
The CFLPA Academy represents the Association’s ongoing efforts to provide CFL players with access to a multitude of professional and educational opportunities. By taking advantage of these possibilities, CFLPA members have the power to thrive in life as they transition away from their professional athletic careers.

Professional Hockey Players’ Association
The Professional Hockey Players’ Association is the collective bargaining representative for all professional hockey players within the American Hockey League and East Coast Hockey League. The PHPA is one of the largest Players’ Associations within the professional sports industry.
The PHPA Career Enhancement Program (CEP) assists both current and former PHPA Members and dependents make a smooth transition to a post-hockey career. The CEP includes programs for PHPA Members like discounted tuition fees, career counseling, resume and job interview preparation, and connecting players with job opportunities.
