Experts in their fields, innovators in online learning and committed to student success, Ecampus partners set the bar for online learning.<\/p>\n<p>And, each year we recognize a few of our more than 1,000 Oregon State faculty and staff members who teach online or work with Ecampus students through the Oregon State Ecampus Awards. This comprehensive redevelopment included creating custom course content, implementing active learning principles and leveraging the latest in learning technology tools like <a href=\"https:\/\/replit.com\/\">Repl.it<\/a>, giving students a chance to practice coding through low-stakes activities. The results? Significant improvement in students\u2019 progression through the computer science program.<\/p>\n<h2>Ecampus Appreciation Award<\/h2>\n<p>The Ecampus\u00a0Appreciation Award recognizes outstanding campus partners who have worked with Ecampus to make a substantial, positive impact on our programs and students. Jana and Josie earned this award for their unwavering commitment to establishing strong relationships with online business students, for the additional attention they devote to newly admitted students, and for their close partnership with the Ecampus student services team.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #006a8e; font-family: tabular-numbers, georgia, 'bitstream charter', serif; font-size: 2.5rem; letter-spacing: 0.3px;\">Ecampus Excellence in Online Teaching and Student Engagement Award<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This award recognizes three faculty members who exemplify excellence in online teaching and student engagement. Ecampus instructors are nominated by current online students. Through timely and detail-oriented communication, students noted that they were able to further their learning in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n<p>One nomination said, \u201cDr. Rose inspired me to be my best, gave me solid critiques about how I could improve and backed that up with information.
