We understand that the decision to return to college \u2013 or enroll for the first time \u2013 is a major one. That\u2019s why we have a whole team here to assist you throughout your academic process, from enrolling to graduation.<\/p>\n

This starts on the day you inquire about online degree and program options delivered by OSU Ecampus. Ecampus enrollment specialists provide a friendly voice on the other end of the phone and are available to answer your questions. At this point in your academic discovery phase \u2013 they\u2019re your best resource for all questions regarding applying to Oregon State. After you\u2019ve gained admission to the university, the Ecampus student success team<\/a> will reach out to you as a new undergraduate student and help you figure out your next steps, including contacting your academic advisor and registering for classes. Graduate students will work directly with their program advisor. You can follow the success blog<\/a> to learn about tips, strategies and resources to help you on your journey.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve enrolled in classes, you\u2019re all set, right? Oftentimes, yes, the plan is in action. However, we know that\u00a0it\u2019s not always smooth sailing. You might find it difficult to get in touch with a professor or you need help with an override or changing your major. Or you\u2019d like to schedule a proctored exam but you don\u2019t know where to begin.
