Oregon State is the best university in the nation when it comes to delivering a high-quality liberal arts education online, according to a new ranking released last month.<\/p>\n

College Choice, a leading authority in college and university rankings and resources, put Oregon State atop its list of the 25 Best Online Liberal Arts Colleges for 2018<\/a>. The College of Liberal Arts offers 11 bachelor\u2019s degrees<\/a> and two master\u2019s programs<\/a> online through OSU Ecampus, the university\u2019s distance education division.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the latest in a long line of national recognition for Ecampus. In each of the last three years, U.S. News & World Report has ranked Oregon State top 10 in the nation for online bachelor\u2019s programs.<\/p>\n

College Choice based its rankings on \u201cinstitutional excellence along with return on investment,\u201d using institutional data and figures from resources such as The National Center for Education Statistics and PayScale.<\/p>\n

Its profile of Oregon State noted that \u201cstudents learn from the same on-campus faculty and earn the same diploma as on-campus students, and they also are supported through digital tutoring, career services, and library resources.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
