COUN 542 – Counseling Identity, Practice, and Ethics (4)

Introduces topics related to professional identity and ethical practice in counseling. Discusses history of the counseling profession; professional advocacy; counselors’ roles and responsibilities in institutional, community and educational settings; and counselors’ power and duty as agents of change in a global society. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
