H 523 – Foundations of Public Health (4)
Fundamental principles, concepts and tools used in public health to promote the health of populations. Using a combination of case study method, lecture and discussion, students will develop a broad understanding of public health and recognition of how discipline-specializations address the social, behavioral and environmental determinants of public health. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
