WR 383 – Food Writing (4)
Focuses on the skills needed to write, edit, and publish engaging stories about food, from recipes to food magazine features. Develops story ideas, practices reporting on those ideas using journalistic techniques, and learns fundamental skills about the publishing process. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
