PHL 131 – AI Ethics: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (3)
Explores the moral stakes and social and political implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Focuses on themes of privacy and surveillance, algorithmic injustice and power, accountability gaps and transparency, and how AI impacts relationships, work, and culture. Discusses the responsibilities of those who design, govern, deploy, and use AI, and what values should shape our technological worlds.
