ENSC 210 – +environmental Earth Sciences (4)

Explores earth hazards and earth resources through an environmental impact and societal relevance lens. Examines science concepts and theories including tectonic cycle, rock cycle, and climate and hydrological process. Emphasizes resulting hazards, resources, and environmental impacts from these processes such as earthquakes, landslides, flooding, mineral, water, and energy resources, air pollution, and climate change. Considers consequences for daily life and decision making. Uses the process of science in active learning activities to develop comprehension and insight.
