ANTH 252 – +Wealth & Poverty (3)

Summarizes the distribution of wealth observed cross-culturally and through time, with a particular focus on the United States. Examines through the lens of anthropology the factors that contribute to economic inequality, evaluating how cultural constructions of race, ethnicity, gender, and other aspects of identity affect wealth distribution.
