KIN 270 – Foundations of Sport and Exercise Psychology (3)

Establishes the interaction between psychological factors that influence human behavior in sport and exercise contexts. Focuses on foundational principles in sport and exercise psychology for optimal performance and participation such as motivation, arousal regulation, self-presentation, feedback and reinforcement, and group dynamics.
