PHL 278 – Philosophy With a Porpoise: Making Meaning at (and With) Seas (4)

Explores the many ways humans make meaning from and with oceans and ocean being. Discusses philosophical problems, concepts, and issues relating to the oceans, coasts, and Marine studies generally. Examines the role of philosophy in the development of the Marine studies discipline. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
