ANS 313 – Applied Animal Nutrition: Feeds and Ration Formulation (4)

Discusses topics relevant to feedstuff identification and nutrient analysis, feed processing and formulation of balanced animal diets based on nutrient requirements. Provides students hands-on experiences in identifying various feedstuffs and formulating rations based on the nutrient composition of those feedstuffs. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
