LEAD 342 – Team and Organizational Leadership (3)

Examines the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizations, and challenges students in the development of effective communication, group dynamics, conflict management, teambuilding and problem solving. Students will explore the development of successful teams, multiple roles within teams, improving group performance, group decision making, how to manage conflict in teams, enhancing diversity in teams, creating a culture of creativity and innovation, and the evaluation of teams. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
