MTH 351 – Introduction to Numerical Analysis (3)
Introduces the computation of approximate solutions to mathematical problems that cannot be solved by hand: analysis of errors; rootfinding for nonlinear equations in one variable; interpolation of functions; numerical integration and differentiation; numerical linear algebra. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
