H 439 – General Public Health Internship (6 or 12)

Provides an opportunity for public health students to gain a field experience under the guidance of the preceptor at a public health-related organization and apply health equity lens. Allows students to choose an internship in local, domestic and global settings in order to their needs and specific interests. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 12 credits. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
