HHS 440 – Global Nutrition (3)

Examines causes and consequences of nutritional problems including malnutrition, both under- and overnutrition, that impact health, developmental capacity, and economic well-being of populations in developing societies. Explores policies, practices, and cultural approaches to improving nutritional status at the household, local and international levels. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
