FIN 464 – Estate Planning (2)

Introduces Estate Planning and focuses on developing an appropriate technique to estate planning given a client’s objectives and needs. Covers the legal, tax, financial and non-financial aspects of the estate planning process. Topics include trusts, wills, probate, charitable giving, wealth transfers and related taxes. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
