HM 470 – Advanced Hospitality (4)
Provides students with an in-depth understanding of the importance of core competencies in the hospitality and tourism industry. A broader interpretation of the hospitality industry is gained and the student will discover new and innovative practices within the industry. Students will apply the knowledge gained in this course and the program as a whole to a capstone project with an industry partner. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
