GEOG 472 – Interactive Cartography (4)
Examines concepts, theories, and techniques of web programming, digital storytelling, online project management, and web-based cartographic principles. Explores the history, present, and potential future of online mapping libraries, technologies, and data. Builds foundational concepts for compiling, constructing, and analyzing interactive maps. Creates online, interactive web visualizations using open-source tools. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
