Z 473 – Herpetology (4)

Exploration of global herpetofauna focusing on taxa of the Pacific Northwest of North America. Identification and natural history of amphibians and reptiles are emphasized, along with a phylogenetic framework, to explore and discuss ideas involving their behavior, evolution, ecology, and conservation. Student projects examine important topics in the field. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
