PSY 478 – Stress and Coping (4)

Explores the physiological and psychological factors that play a role in the development of stress, along with subsequent coping strategies that can be used to regulate stress and enhance psychological well-being. Examines how multiple factors, including social, personality, developmental, cognitive, and biological processes, impact stress and coping in a variety of life domains.
