PSY 495 – Psychology of Meditation (4)

Explores the psychological processes of meditation, and requires regular meditation sessions by students. Readings ranging from traditional Eastern philosophy to empirical psychological research journal articles will focus on outcomes and effective methods of meditation practice. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
