Examines complex causes of houselessness through transdisciplinary biophysical, environmental, psychological, and socio-political lenses. Investigates urban design, addiction, mental health, housing policies, and ecological factors. Engages problem-based learning to problematize the issue. Fosters interdisciplinary team collaboration to develop creative, ethical, evidence-based, and globally relevant real-world solutions. Supports communication of findings to authentic audiences through innovative public-facing formats. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
