COUN 515 – Counseling Internship (1-12)
Builds and appraises the growth and development of students as professional counselors in an on-site clinical mental health or school setting. Expands and enhances students’ knowledge base, skill level, and professional identity via guided clinical practice in a public or private mental health or school setting. Guides students through a developmentally appropriate clinical training experience across three terms that creates the necessary bridge between pre-professional training and professional practice. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 25 credits. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
