GRAD 522 – Preparing a Submission for Irb Review (1)

Prepares students to develop research protocols, consent forms, and other supplementary materials for submission to the Institutional Review Board (IRB). Examines the ethical principles and federal regulations that govern human subjects research to inform the development of safe, ethical, and compliant research protocols. Explores and applies best practices of effective technical writing, critical reading and peer review/feedback. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
