H 525 – Epidemiologic Methods I (3)
Examines fundamental concepts and methods in epidemiology including measures of disease occurrence in populations, measures of validity and reliability for screening tests, and measures for expressing prognosis. Differentiates various epidemiologic study designs and examines issues of interpretation including bias, confounding, interaction and causation. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
