HDFS 544 – Family Violence and Neglect (4)
Uses a multidisciplinary, lifespan approach to investigate family violence and neglect, including child maltreatment, intimate partner violence, and elder abuse. Examines prevention, intervention, treatment, and social policy, with particular emphasis on trauma-informed approaches. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
