FIN 547 – Commercial Banking (4)

Develop an understanding of the banking system in the United States and gain insight into managing the financial assets of a bank. Emphasis on understanding the regulatory framework of the United States banking system, the organizational structures of banks, and managing the financial performance of a bank. Focus on integrating the theoretical framework of financial asset management with the “hands on” technical skills of risk mitigation and financial optimization strategies to increase a bank’s return on assets and equity. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
