SCLM 550 – Supply and Sourcing Management (3)

Use of operations and supply chain management to make sourcing and supply decisions in international business contexts. Topics include purchasing/procurement procedures and policy, supply organization, specifications, sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, competitive bidding, and e-procurement. Global contexts and environmentally and socially responsible supply management are emphasized. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
