COUN 566 – Lifestyle and Career Development (4)

Explores major theoretical approaches to career development and career counseling. Examines influence of development, culture, and intersectionality on career. Identifies available resources for educational and occupational assessment and procedures to enhance career exploration, planning, and placement. Emphasizes understanding of career decision-making processes across the lifespan and career counseling issues with diverse populations. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
