FST 575 – Wine Appreciation and Etiquette (3)

Explores wine etiquette and appreciation as a wine drinker. Examine major old and new wine regions of the world, analyze wine labels. Practice the use of sensory descriptors that are associated with major wine varieties, wine glasses, and the proper way to taste/order wine. Describe wine spoilage. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
