EMGT 591 – Statistical Concepts for Engineering Managers (4)

Reviews basic probability and statistical concepts. Analyzes real-world problems and applies appropriate statistical tests to arrive at an actionable solution. Links statistical knowledge to Lean, Six Sigma, and quality improvement methodologies. Emphasizes critical thinking, meaningful data presentation, and written communication to support data-based decisions.
