ED 483 – Developmental Reading (3)

Development of pedagogy in teaching of reading to elementary-aged students, including teaching of vocabulary, comprehension, phonics, fluency and motivation to read. Use of children's literature, assessment approaches, and special needs students are also addressed. This is a PTCE course in the elementary Double Degree Program. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
