FW 515 – Us Wildlife Law (3)
Explores US treaty and statutory law in the context of contemporary conservation of island fish and wildlife species. Includes the context of the framework’s historical evolution from the Public Trust Doctrine and other common law concepts, Tribal, State, Territorial, and Federal management and collaborations therein, examining judicial decisions to illustrate key examples of the system’s application, process, and outcomes. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
