HORT 274 – Therapeutic Horticulture Skills II (2)

Covers therapeutic and professional skills to work in pediatric, geriatric, developmental disabilities, psychiatric, and offender programs. Includes advanced skills in designing and evaluating 12-month therapeutic activities and programming for frail elderly, pediatric, developmentally disabled, neurologically impaired, and other special needs populations. Focuses on professional skill mastery and continuing education planning. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
