HST 314 – Maritime Histories of the Pacific (4)

Emphasizes the study of maritime histories of the Pacific Ocean. Incorporates themes of globalization, imperial expansion, and cultural contact. Covers the time between 1400CE and 1800CE, including both renaissance and enlightenment eras. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
