NUTR 240 – Human Nutrition (3)

An introductory nutrition course for exercise science, nutrition, dietetics, food science, and health science majors who have taken general chemistry. Concepts of nutrient metabolism and utilization, nutrient deficiencies and toxicities and their relationship to disease prevention and treatment. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
