NUTR 553 – Dietary Behavior and Counseling (4)

Strategies for navigating dietary behavior using collaborative, patient centered, goal-oriented approaches. Introduces the theoretical framework around dietary behavior and motivational interviewing with methods regarding the language of change and creating client/patient interest in change.
