PAC 268 – Triathlon Training (2)

Training in swimming, running, and bicycling to prepare for triathlon participation. Strategies, transitioning technique, and weight training information; training plan formation; event planning; culminates in class or community event. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 11 credits. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
