PAC 298 – Gentle and Restorative Yoga (1)

Emphasizes gentle movement, supported postures, and longer holds. Experiments with a variety of contemplative practices with the purpose of encouraging personal inquiry and awareness. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 11 credits. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
